1. The hotel room is rented for hotel nights.
2. There is a curfew at the Hotel from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.
3. The hotel day lasts from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day.
4. A request for an extension of the hotel day should be reported at the reception as soon as possible. The hotel may not accept the wish to extend your stay if you use all beds (rooms) or for guests who do not comply with applicable regulations.
5. The basis for checking in is the presentation of a photo ID and a registration card to the reception employee.
6. The hotel guest cannot transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the amount due has not expired.
7. Persons not registered in the Hotel may stay in a hotel room from 14.00 to 22:00.
8. In the event of cancellation of the Guest during the hotel day, the Hotel does not refund the fee for the hotel day.
9. The hotel is obliged to provide guests with:
- conditions for full and unfettered rest,
- security of stay, including the security of confidentiality of information about the Guest,
- professional and courteous service in the field of all services provided at the hotel,
- cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs of devices during the Guest’s absence, and only in his presence if he so wishes.
10. Children under the age of 12 should be in the Hotel under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused as a result of children.
11. The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Hotel’s technical equipment and devices, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
12. The hotel accepts pets. Pets can stay at the hotel for an additional fee.
13. The hotel is strictly non-smoking with designated areas designated for this purpose. If you do not comply with the ban – a fine of PLN 500.
